1.Tropical Sun Juice
Material:
1 pineapple (peeled and cut into chunks)
2 oranges (peeled)
1 banana
1/2 lemon (peeled)
1 cup coconut water
practice:
1.Cut pineapples, oranges and bananas into suitable pieces.
2.Place all ingredients in a juicer and add coconut water.
3.Start the juicer, squeeze the juice and filter the pulp.
4.Pour into a glass, add ice cubes, and enjoy a refreshing tropical drink.
2.Fruit and vegetable juice
Material:
2 red bell peppers
1 carrot
1 green apple
1/2 small red onion (optional)
1 cup water (or coconut water)
practice:
1.Chop red bell peppers, carrots, apples, and red onions into small pieces.
2.Put all ingredients into a juicer and add water.
3.Start the juicer, squeeze out the juice, filter the pomace, pour it into a cup, and enjoy.
3.Red Energy Juice
Material:
2 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 carrot
1/2 small onion
1 cup water
practice:
1.Dice tomatoes, red bell peppers, carrots and onions.
2.Put all ingredients into a juicer and add water.
3.Start the juicer and after squeezing the juice, you can choose to filter the pomace.
4.Pour into a cup and enjoy.
