Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items that are worn, damaged, or altered may not be accepted.

This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our support team at support@andrewwi.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Securely package your item and include your RMA number inside the package.

Ship your return using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars (USD).
Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

We do not charge restocking fees.

We currently do not support product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
